NEW USERS: Please have your Electric or Water statement handy to complete a one-time registration. You will need the account number and meter number found on your statement. (You cannot currently register a broadband account, although you can make payments once your electric or water account is registered.)
NOTE: Please use only the first 10 digits of your water account number.
Payments made by checking, savings or e-check are FREE!
A 3% convenience fee will be added to all credit/debit card
payments.

Broadband payments are not currently available through a one-time payment.
One-time payments do not require a login. All you need is your account number. It’s fast, easy and if you pay by checking, savings or e-check it’s FREE!
On the “PAY NOW” page please enter:
Electric: Full account number.
Water: Only first 10 digits of account number.
You are able to pay bills in various ways:
Sign up to set up monthly automatic payments for your electric, broadband and/or water bills.
ACH: Complete the direct debit authorization form.
Credit/Debit: Complete the credit card authorization form.
