The First Step: How to Reboot Your ONT
You can reboot your ONT using either of these simple methods:
- Cable Method: Remove the power cable from the back of the ONT, wait for 10 seconds, and then plug it back in.
- Switch Method: If your ONT has a separate power source switch, turn the power source off, wait for 10 seconds, and then switch it back on.
